I have mobility issues so driving to my appointment was the only way to get there. There are no concessions for people with blue badges which is a shame. The people I was meeting were from Wales and their mouths dropped open when I told them that up to two hours parking cost £15. No problems dropping off but couldnt find anyone to get my car keys when I picked up - a Concierge helped eventually. Would use again only because there was no alternative that close to the hotel.
